Craniosacral therapy helps calm an overactive nervous system so your body can shift out of stress, tension, and overwhelm.

Chronic Pain Reset

Move beyond chronic pain and reclaim your body

This session is for people who feel stuck in cycles of chronic pain, tension, or recurring physical symptoms that don’t fully resolve.

We work with the underlying patterns that may be keeping your system locked in protection.

You may benefit if you:

  • have ongoing pain or symptoms with no clear cause

  • feel your body is “holding on” to stress or trauma

  • notice symptoms shift but never fully resolve

The aim is to help your system move out of protective patterns and into greater ease and function.

Emotional Breakthrough

Reclaim emotional clarity and trust yourself again

This is an intensive session for people who feel ready for significant emotional change.

A full-day process working with unconscious patterns that keep you stuck in reactive cycles. We work at depth with long-held emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and unconscious processes that shape how you experience yourself and your life.

This is for you if:

  • you feel stuck in repeating emotional patterns

  • you experience chronic anxiety and/or overwhelm

  • you’ve done a lot of personal work but still feel limited

  • you’re ready for a deeper shift, not just insight

Clients often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more internally spacious, with a noticeable shift in how they relate to themselves.

Many people I work with reach a point in midlife where something feels off.

They’ve spent years holding everything together—often as a parent, partner, or carer—and somewhere along the way, they’ve lost connection with themselves.

This disconnection doesn’t stay emotional. It often shows up in the body as persistent anxiety, tension, or chronic pain that doesn’t fully shift, no matter what they try.

I work with the nervous system and unconscious patterns that sit underneath these experiences—often formed years or even decades earlier.

Through this process, people often notice a rapid shift in how they feel in their body and mind. Anxiety begins to settle, physical tension reduces, and a clearer sense of self starts to return.

This isn’t about managing symptoms or fixing what’s “wrong”. It’s about changing the underlying patterns that are driving the experience in the first place.

From there, clarity, energy, and a sense of direction often begin to re-emerge naturally.
