What’s included in the package:
Initial Connection Call
A zoom call before the main session, where we’ll get to know each other and discuss what you’d like to gain from the day. This ensures the session is tailored to you and your goals.
Preparation Tasks
I’ll give you a few simple tasks to complete beforehand. These are designed to help you get the most from your session and arrive feeling prepared and clear about what you would like to achieve.
Goal Setting
I’ll guide you in creating a well-formed, achievable goal, one that reflects what really matters to you and provides a clear direction for change.
Six-Hour Coaching Session
We’ll spend the day working together to uncover and gently release the root cause of any emotional blocks or repeating patterns that are no longer serving you. This is a content-free process, meaning you won’t need to share or re-experience your past in order to release what’s been weighing you down.
Emotional Release
You’ll have the opportunity to gently let go of unresolved emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt, creating space for clarity, balance and calm.
Releasing Limiting Beliefs
Together we’ll identify beliefs that no longer reflect who you are, and install new, empowering ones aligned with your current goals and values.
Goal Integration
Your goal will be ‘installed’ using NLP techniques, helping you to embody a new mindset and direction at a deep, unconscious level.
Follow-Up Coaching Call
A supportive follow-up coaching call is included a few weeks after your intensive session. This gives you space to reflect, ask questions, and iron out anything that may have come up during this time.
