This is five hours of uninterrupted you time.

A safe, confidential space where we work together to uncover the emotional patterns that have been quietly running your life - keeping you small, drained, over-giving and stuck in people-pleasing mode.

Using Time Line Therapy™ and other modalities from my toolbox, we create a day of deep emotional release and reconnection to self, without the need to relive, retell or analyse past experiences.

We identify and release the core emotions of anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt that have been stored in your system since childhood and are still driving your reactions today.

Have you ever noticed yourself reacting to something someone says as if you’re a five year old - overwhelmed, flooded, unable to control it?
That isn’t weakness. It’s unprocessed emotion still living in the body.

Once these emotions are released, without revisiting the content, your nervous system no longer hijacks you. You begin to respond as the adult you are, rather than react from old wounds when someone is unkind, dismissive or triggering.

We also clear outdated limiting beliefs formed in childhood and replace them with updated, empowering beliefs - so you can move forward consciously, with choice, clarity and self-trust.
